“Loved this hotel. My husband and I stopped in for one night while hopping a cruise to Alaska. Got the shuttle from the airport and it was awesome, very nice fellow, and very easy! Check-in was a breeze with a very kind man named Ahmed. The room was comfortable and spacious with a good bed. I recommend this hotel.”

“The location of the hotel was good. Getting to and from Vancouver downtown was convenient using the day pass. Just a couple of sticking points about the hotel. The light switches were old for a modern look hotel. They were also scattered all over the place in the hotel room. Other point was the mini fridge. It gave a humming sound which I found quite noisy at times.”

Pros: so many dining options, walkable area, mall across the street, safe, bus stop nearby, train service nearby, gym with free weights, continental breakfast included Cons: basic continental breakfast, no onsite pool, only free weights in gym, hallways could use some more vacuuming and cleaning, slow service in cleaning up breakfast area”

“location is ideal. close to shops, restaurants and sky train to downtown. been staying there since it opened in 90's BUT it also looks like it is from the 90's. it's a trip to take the "elevator" from 11-12 floor. it looks like a service elevator and creaks and clangs going up and down. we had a suite with good view of the river but its weedy and ugly looking out the window. the sofa and chair is from the 70's, dark brown and worn out and saggy and looked very old. there is bare minimum of...
